Chocolate tastings are a fantastic way to celebrate a team or entertain guests! Since many people haven’t experienced one before, it sparks conversation and allows everyone to join in, regardless of their dietary preferences, whether they don’t drink alcohol, are vegan, or need gluten-free options
I can create a delightful chocolate tasting experience featuring six single-origin chocolates. Guests will discover the fascinating history and process behind chocolate while learning the fundamentals of tasting. I’ll guide everyone on how to properly taste chocolate and be available to answer any questions. We’ll need a screen for an engaging Google Slides presentation. The session will last around 75 minutes, and to make it even more fun, I’ll host a KAHOOT quiz afterward with a prize for the winner.
Alternatively, we could organize a pairing experience with chocolate and wine. This would be a 90-minute session. We will also discuss the similarities between wine and fine chocolate.
Finally, we could offer a “Taste with Color” chocolate tasting and watercolor workshop. Guests sample 6 chocolates and create simple watercolor paintings inspired by what they taste. You do not need to know how to paint. Most guests simply do basic shapes and patterns with the colors of the flavors they taste in the chocolate.
I’m also happy to provide a gift bag for each guest, either with two chocolate bars or one chocolate bar and a copy of my book “The Chocolate Seed,” for an additional $25 per bag
