I love this. This is the best video. And just like that I want to visit this place!
When I was young, I would spend a lot of time looking at the photographs in National Geographic Magazines. Of course one image that stood out was the photograph of Sharbat Gula by Steve McCurry. Images like that made me want to be a National Geographic photographer too. I got my first camera when I was about 13 years old. Documenting people was and is interesting to me. I imagine that is because I am interested in people and love hearing their stories and documenting them.
After I graduated from school, I moved to NYC to do an internship for Maria Robledo. She was one of the pioneers of the the natural light photography movement for food and editorial photography. In recent years, I have combined my love of photography and chocolate to photograph chocolate makers, chocolate festivals, cacao farms and people involved in chocolate.

Too often we photograph poses, not people. My goal is to take photographs that show personalities, memories and emotions, not poses. Do you need someone to photograph your festival, event or origin trip? I would love to talk with you.

🔥❤️🔥 great reel
And! I just saw your pictures of all the people in stories and on your feed. I think you have an exceptional talent of capturing people and their individuality. Now it is my turn to ask how you do it? Hm… Im not sure there could be an explanation…. But it is a rare talent to just make such a portrait after portrait and all are just 100%
I have no clue how can you capture people with such a deep personality reflection within a second? I can read their story in just one image. I dont know why is it possible….. Hm … probably a talent.
I loved the tasting. I didn’t realize how little I knew about chocolate. We used to eat a lot in book club and talk about it. I thought I knew about chocolate but I learned a lot. Your class was social and educational.
Thanks so much for the lovely talk – you are a natural speaker and so engaging. It was really brilliant. You are very animated.
We want you to do it again. Everybody enjoyed it.
That was fun.
